Thanks for your bug. This upload fixes the issue:

 control-center (1:2.12.0-0ubuntu4) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/gnome-control-center.install, debian/index.theme:
     - drop the Debian specific Default theme entry, it's confusing
       (Ubuntu: #15268).
