Fwiw, gtkpod has some code to try to handle that, so there are known problems
with upper/lower case dirs on ipod (check gtkpod source if you need more info, I
think there are comments explaining that a bit more). In 0.9, I'm planning to
use the same lib as gtkpod (libgpod) to handle the ipod content, so maybe it
will get fixed when I do that.
