I see the same, followed by the offer of 'A quick tour of Ubuntu 5.04 "Hoary
Hedgehog"'.

Shouldn't this be updated to say '5.10 "Breezy Badger"'?

Note that if you click "Help" then "Contents" and then click "About This Guide"
while the help is loading, it comes up successfully without the "Could not load
section" error.  The problem seems to be with the "Evolution User Guide"
section.  If I click it, I see an error dialog:

"Could not load section

The section ‘__yelp_toc’ does not exist in this
document.  If you were directory to this section from a
Help button in an application, please report this to the
maintainers of that application.

OK".
