fix for dual/non-continuous mode

Upstream just fixed this in CVS HEAD.

I've extracted the patch from CVS (it's small - 2 lines) and it applies cleanly
against the Breezy evince package and fixes the problem.

You should be able to just drop this patch directly into
evince-0.4.0/debian/patches/dual-page-fix.patch
