When choosing "New calendar" and then choosing the type "On the web", UI keeps
showing the normal "Local computer" dialog, so
you are not allowed to insert host/user/pass etc. and after pressing OK, you get
errors since the backend expects a hostname
and the other usual infos for web calendars:
Error on webcal://:
Cannot resolve hostname
