I have no default page (blank page)
I think that the natural behaviour should be to focus the address bar, because
if I press CTRL+T or select File->New tab what I'm supposed to do is to visit a
new site by entering it's URL. I understand that the current behaviour makes
sense if a default page is set, but if I choose to use a blank page as default I
think that it's more correct to have the address bar focused, as there is no
page to navigate with the keyboard. Also when starting epiphany, if no default
page is set, the focus should go to the address bar.
