I can't provide you with a back trace because i don't know quite how.  

No dialog appears the copying process just hangs with 0% complete.  the only way
to undo the hang is to wait for about 3 minutes until it says that "The window
"copying files" is not responding"  Forcing me to quit.  

It creates the file on the server with a size of 0 bytes but puts no information
into the file.  How can I generate a backtrace?
