I'm using Ubuntu Breezy with latest updates. The problem ocurrs in both
totem-gstreamer and totem-xine. I've always had this problem with Totem as far
as I can remember.

The versions are:

Totem 1.2.0 Movie Player using xine-lib version 1.0.1
and
Totem 1.2.0 Movie Player using GStreamer version 0.8.11
