I removed myself from the group disk. After that I plugged in the drive and
everything was mounted OK - don't know why, but maybe because Hal/Dbus wasn't
restarted!?

Nevertheless:

I restarted the computer. Then I did

ls -l /media/

output:

insgesamt 12
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    6 2005-06-07 22:24 cdrom -> cdrom0
drwxr-xr-x  2 root root 4096 2005-06-07 22:24 cdrom0
drwxr-xr-x  2 root root 4096 2005-09-26 18:40 sda2
drwxr-xr-x  2 root root 4096 2005-09-26 10:27 usbdisk-1

I attach the output of

pmount -d /dev/sda2
pmount -d /dev/sda3

because it hasn't mounted sda3, too... The only thing which was mounted
correctly was /dev/sda1.
