The theme is tremendously ugly, in my opinion, so I can't see myself downloading
it and I don't recall downloading it.  After upgrading to Breezy my custom theme
didn't look quite right so I opened the theme-manager was going through them -
as soon as I got to this theme, 'experience' it crashed.  Once I figure out how
to change the theme from a terminal/text editor I will post whether the crashing
goes away.
