Currently, If you add a folder called "Documents" to your Home folder a shotcut
is automatically added to the Places panel (as well as the file selector etc).
There is no bookmark added in the Nautilus bookmarks so manually adding one to
ease organisation causes a duplicate second entry in the Places panel.
