Summary: Prevents umount of usb drive
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: gamin
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: Nikolaus at rath.org
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

Hello,

After I browsed my usb drive with nautilus, I was unable to umount it. lsof
indicated that gamin still had some directories opened on the mountpoint. I
waited some minutes, hoping that they will be closed, but it didn't help. I had
to kill gamin to be able to umount.

There should be some means to tell gamin that it should close the directories if
the volume should be umounted.

I can reproduce the error anytime.
