[Bug 27355] Re: gnome-cups-add is crashing if uim-gtk-immodule is active under non japanese desktop environment

My system is a Breezy on x86_32bit. And recompiling without --enable-debug solves not only crashing issue of gnome-cups-add but also crashes of gedit when opening shellscripts (whith #!/bin/bash Tag in it) by typing
gedit shriptname
Before gedit always crashes when trying to open scripts in the way descibed above. After recompiling the uim without --enable-debung flag this doesn´t occur anymore.
Maybe the 64bit version of uim is still buggy, but at least for the 32bit version and japanese input using anthy I can confirm recompiling without --enable-debug solves the crashing issues.
Installed uim-packages on my system are:

uim-anthy                                      
uim-applet-gnome                                
uim-common                                      
uim-gtk2.0                                     
uim-utils                                       
uim-xim   

Conversion engine is anthy.
