Thanks for your bug report. First of all, I'm going to reject it. Please file bugs for separate issues next time, it's a pain following up on different issues, especially if you don't even mention all the icons you mean.

Apart from that, most issues were filed already: 
 * bug 34399 for scalability
 * bug 35811 for the trash icon
 * bug 35910 for the keyboard
 * bug 36833 for the link issue
 * etc

Also changing default (as suggested by "using icons from OrangoTango" is not suitable for a bug report. Changes like that require more discussion and should rather be done on an appropriate mailing list or forum.
