Etienne, on what is that claim based? Do you have an idea on how many bugs Ubuntu get a week for the number of people working on them? There is hundred of bugs filled a week and only some people working on them. The work has to be prioritized. Your issue is a minor one and doesn't happen for everybody, have you already tried to fix a bug that doesn't happen on your configuration? People don't ignore your bug because they "prefer" that, they just are busy at the moment ...
