On more precision:

As described in https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/shared-mime-info/+bug/37851, nautilus now opens xml podcast file with Rhythmbox.

If I clicked on this type of file in Epiphany, "open with Rhythmbox" is not proposed  (just saved, cancel and download)

Epiphany should use Nautilus defaults and propose to open a podcast file with Rhythmbox.
