[Bug 38136] British English Spellings are Used

Description:
It seems that Evolution is showing things using British spellings. For
example, in the preferences, there is a "Colours" tab. I'm not sure if
this is an upstream bug or  not, so I'm filing it here. I suspect this
is a case of Evolution somehow wrongly loading (or being wrongly told to
load) the en_GB translations.
