[Bug 38242] Problem in wizard creating mail account without reception server

Description:
If you create a new mail account without mail server for incoming mail
(pop/imap), usually done for a mail alias, when you are using the
wizzard for creating the account in the configuration of the smtp server
if you don't mark the tick "Server don´t need authentication", you
create your account. But if you go to edit again the configuration you
get that it was saved a configuration with an smtp server that needs
authentificacion. So you have to change the configuration.

Normal users would have problems with this beacuse the wizzards isn't
working ok.

I've tested it with 
ii  evolution  2.6.0-0ubuntu4   The groupware suite
