[Bug 38383] Make Yelp front page clearer and more user friendly

Description:
Thanks to the awesome work of Don Scorgie, we have a patch to make the
front page of Yelp more user friendly for Ubuntu users. The patch does
three things:

1. puts the Ubuntu documents at the top
2. changes the order of the Ubuntu documents slightly
3. adds a title and some descriptions to the existing categories of other documentation.

I'll attach it to this bug. It introduces 5 new translatable strings.
