[Bug 38430] "Subscribe to Other User's Folder" doesn't do anything

Description:
Evolution 2.6.0, Ubuntu Dapper

1. From the "File" menu, choose "Subscribe to Other User's Folder"

What should happen:
* Something.

What actually happens:
* Nothing.

This might be because the menu item is available when it should not be,
but that's just a wild guess, since I don't know what the menu item is
supposed to do.
