[Bug 38429] Re: "Permissions..." menu item doesn't do anything

On the first load of Evolution, setup an "IMAP" account in its account setup wizard (Server Type: IMAP).  After you setup the details for your account and hit Finish, on the "File" menu in the main window of the program, there is a "Permissions..." option.
