[Bug 38551] Re: gdm should depends on xubuntu-artwork too

what about depending on a virtual ubuntu-gdm-artwork package only, which the current deps are  made to provide. Then 3rd parties can add their own artwork packages 
(Not that the current artwork is too big at 5-6 Megs, but may be a more flexible solution for
long term)
