[Bug 38999] [gaim2b3] New status list/menu is confusing

Description:
The button at the bottom of the gaim buddy list has your status, and a popup/dropdown menu to change it.
This has 2 sections, both of which contain simiar things, but the sections dont make it clear what they do.
(The fact they both have "available" and "offline" as options doesnt help)
