Description:
Aim:
User wants to stop MSN loggin in when he opens gaim.

Problem:
Gaim silently logs in. It asumes if you have a protocol in your list then its supposed to have joined it on boot and no longer displays a list of protocols with 'cancel' buttons. 

User has to hope that they can stop msn signing in before it finishes
connecting by closing it from the accounts dialogue
