[Bug 39069] Adding Printer Fails with no Dialog

Description:
Trying to add an HP Color Laserjet 4650 connected over the network with
a jetdirect card.

Running gnome-cups-add from the command line....

Am able to select Network/Jetdirect, and enter ip address.

Then select the Driver, and hit apply, and gnome-cups-add quits without
adding the printer.

I get the following error on the command line:
