[Bug 39071] mp4 fails to play, with error

Description:
Error message follows:

"Totem could not play 'file:///home/mute/Desktop/wölper.mp4'.

Element doesn't implement handling of this stream. Please file a bug."

So here I am.  I have good-bad-ugly-etc codecs installed so it should
work.
