[Bug 39125] gnome-sound-properties: can't actually turn off the log in or log out sounds

Description:
On Dapper Flight 6, fully updated.

I just tried to change the two preset sounds (log in and log out) to No
Sound. It did absolutely nothing - both sounds still happen. I don't
think this has ever worked for me.
