2.14.1-0ubuntu1 crashing and causing bug-buddy to crash

Deskbar-applet is crashing when I use the "programs" extension.

If deskbar crashes in this way, bug-buddy also crashes if I click "inform developers".

I've narrowed the bug down to something that affects the "programs" extension (and not the "Programs (advanced)" extension).

The bug occurs both when many extensions are loaded, and when it is the only extension loaded.

Even though this started occurring after a recent upgrade, downgrading to 2.14.0.1-0ubuntu2 did not fix the problem.
