[Bug 39201] cups wont add printers

Description:
cups isnt adding printers since latest dapper updates that im aware of.
the epson stylus C series has also been taken out or renamed (maybe
reason) i really dont know ive tried reinstalling cupsys and the gimp-
print drivers and still no luck.
