[Bug 39219] Cannot create new Adressbook

Description:
When i want to create a new "local" adressbook, there comes a dialog-
window asking me for a name for the new adressbook with to buttons
"cancel" and "ok", but the "ok"-button is always greyed out/disabled. It
also stays disabled, when i type something in there (like "book").
