This upload fixes the issue:

   * debian/control.in:
     - Build-Depends on gnome-doc-utils
     - updated the requirement on epiphany-browser
   * debian/rules:
     - build with --disable-scrollkeeper, those are not to ship with the package
     - doesn't build tabmenus, it's not useful with current firefox
