Thanks for your bug report. This looks similar to bug 39219 (even if there's no LDAP involved there). Can you run evolution in a terminal and paste the output here? If that information is too sparse, it'd be nice to run
  CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution > evolution.log
and attach evolution.log here.
