[Bug 39308] "Low Disk Space" string not translatable

Description:
It seems that the string "Low Disk Space" is not translatable, although
the message that appears after it, "%d%% of the disk space on %s is in
use" is.

It seems that "New audio playback device detected" is also not
translatable (didn't check).
