[Bug 39365] folders are too heavily indented in tree view

Description:
In the folder pane, when in tree view, the folders are very heavily
indented, which results in a large amount of horizontal space being
wasted. This is a regression since Breezy, for me. I don't know if it is
related to the font, or evolution itself. I can attached a screenshot if
necessary.
