It happens in 2.6.1 with folders containing 1813 (sounder), 1690 (ubuntu-devel), but NOT on a folder containing 3698 (ubuntu-doc). So I don't think it's related to number of emails. Matt -- "Collapse all threads" doesn't work https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/39421
