The strangest part of your report is the "no longer". What ? It used to work for you ?  Oh lucky man ! Now welcome the real world ;-)

(well, not very useful comment. But there is a lot of bugs about filters in evolution. Have you changed something ? Filters only work for mail that come in your main inbox.)
