[Bug 39622] Editing one instance of event that reoccurs results in error

Description:
Edit an event, change it around so the summary is NO CLASS!! click save,
select "this instance only" and click ok, then it pops up an error
saying "Object ID already exists".  This is version 2.6.1 in Dapper with
all the updates.
