[Bug 39963] Screensaver starts when session is not being displayed

Description:
When running two sessions (with gdmflexiserver, for example), gnome-
screensaver will start a non-blank screen screensaver on the session not
being shown. This shouldn't happen - system resources are used to run a
screensaver that isn't actually displayed, while the user is using the
system.
