1) Do you use multiple sound devices, at least one of which is hotpluggable (usb)?

2) Does the symptom described by your bug report appear from (a) fresh boot into Dapper, (b) resume from suspend, (c) resume from hibernation?

3) If you answered "yes" to question #1 and either #2b or #2c, was the hotpluggable sound device inserted before the computer resumed or after?
