[Bug 40150] Fuzzy icons in the applications menu

Description:
In the last ubuntu-artwork package, some icons are not in SVG or adapted
resolution to take place in the Applications menu.

- Graphical tools (Graphisme in french)
- Games
- Sound & Video

are, for example, very fuzzy and not pretty at all.
