[Bug 40211] Print to PDF is broken

Description:
I have a PS file that I need to convert to PDF. I remembered seeing a
PDF print option in Evince, so I opened it up and sure enough, there was
a printer called "Create a PDF document". I selected that, picked a
filename, and pressed the Print button. An error message popped up,
saying: "Generating PDF is not supported".
