[Bug 40248] Default desktop icon is inaccessible

Description:
When I log into my Dapper desktop, I have an automatically created icon
on the desktop for my Windows partition. When I double-click on this
icon nautilus gives me the error message 'You do not have the
permissions necessary to view the contents of "sda1".' Either this icon
should not exist, or the partition should be mounted so that normal
users have access to it.
