[Bug 40259] unrealistic shadows

Description:
I understand the standup icon/round shadow concept. Though I personally
do not like it I consider it a serious bug to use the style currently
used by so many, if not all, svg icon themes including Tango. Linux/svg
is the only place you will ever see these excuses for shadows. More can
be done in svg to enhance them, and hope you will consider making a
little extra effort to ensure linux/svg is presented in a professional
manner instead of the current mockery of linux art. Take it to the next
level please!

I have quickly edited these icons

and while I realize the last two are from Tango and inherited in Tangerine, I'd hope if they where not fixed in Tango, you would fix and add something better.
