** Description changed:

- When you have multiple workgroups and users are members of overlapping
- and different sets of workgroups, directorys are set chmod g+s in order
- to inherit permissions when creating a file further along the branch of
- the tree.
+ After discussion on IRC, that is the issue with that:
+ - nautilus does move on dnd by default (if you use the same partition)
+ - move doesn't change the owner and permissions of what is moved
  
- Problem is, every application respects this except for nautilus/gnome-fs2  
- This basically makes Desktop Linux in a multiuser (say corporate) environment not a possiblity until this is fixed.
+ Changing the dnd to copy when the directory is owned by an another user
+ is probably the best option for that
