I did that trash icon as a "tangoification" of the original human design, so I think this bug should be filled against human icon theme. I'd prefer to leave those "strategic" icons as similar as possible to the human one while keeping tango style. -- trash icon looks like battery https://launchpad.net/bugs/40151
