[Bug 40401] Help strings translations losed in version 2.14.1-0ubuntu3

Description:
The last package update to version 2.14.1-0ubuntu3 applies the
"debian/patches/11_session_dialog.patch" patch, but now the help strings
does not appear translated. The older version shows the help strings
translated.

Curiously, the help string for "Reboot" remains translated (it's the
only help string remaining translated).
