[Bug 40653] Screensaver not found dialog does not react to button press

Description:
The message that says that no screensaver could be found after lock
screen in the logout dialog has been invoked can not be closed by the ok
button in the dialog.

Additionally, it makes little sense to provide a lock screen button that
is just followed by a dialog that says that it is impossible.

The attached patch gets rid of the dialog and tests beforehand whether a
screensaver is available.
