[Bug 40719] Drafts folder marked as unread even if mails are read

Description:
Since the upgrade from breezy to Dapper, if the draft folder contains
any mail, it will be in bold with the number of mails as they were
unread.

I've observed that the user will try to mark the mail as read/unread and
other things to get rid of the "unread" state of the draft folder.
