[Bug 39089] Re: "View" > "Popup Windows" keeps turning itself on

Thanks for your bug. If you read the menu item comment it writes "Show
or hide unrequested popup windows from this site" which is a clear
comment on what it does. Your way doesn't allow to set that option by
website which is a fonctionnal regression over the current behaviour
too. I'm rejecting that bug since that's not one but a feature
