[Bug 40859] some vorbis files are prone to not play

Description:
Vorbis files, particularly ones that are rated at a bitrate of 128 kbps,
are prone to not play.  On some occasions they do.  Other files, are
prone to not play after playing a particular song.  When I say "not
play", I mean that the tags are there, the length of the song is
correctly identified, and the slider moves along like it is playing, but
no sound is coming out of the speakers.

I tried playing these files with totem-gstreamer to see if it was an
obvious issue with gstreamer, but they worked fine
